While with RNL/Charlesgroup, in the position of Design Director, Ron Schafer brought into the firm this master planning opportunity. He worked directly with Charles Pigg to conceptualize the planning of the project and as design leader led the architectural massing and character of all of the buildings. Coordinating design between the LA team and the Beijing team.

Peacock Lake development consists of 1.05 million square meters of mixed- use space, including residential, retail/commercial, boutique hotel, and clubhouse components that are inter woven in an organic waterway experience. We designed the planning to include many diverse living experiences in and along the water way system. All of these areas are rich with parks, outdoor seating opportunities and unique pedestrian pathways.
