The clients of this historic downtown Los Angeles building, recently upgraded to industrial loft apartments, engaged SCHAFER to create a welcoming lobby for their tenants and to put a "new front door" on to the building. Our design focused on enhancing the existing historic exterior facade, adding a relaxing seating area for tenants using lively color + warm wood and create a more open view to the apartment vertical circulation.
