While with Nadel Architects, Ron Schafer, as Senior Designer, lead the design team for this mixed-use retail and residential project. Situated in a prime district right off of Main Street in downtown Corona, this retail based mixed-use project is set to enhance the revival of the downtown area. With the mix of uses the project reflects the needs of the community and reinforces the cities desire to create pedestrian friendly urban street edges by using a historically successful model of urban infill.
