Air Support, Business Units, Prestige Office, Retail, and Hotel are the components of this Airport adjacent pair of developments along the coast of Muscat, Oman. The uses are organized by circulation that follows the unique shapes of the sites and uses them to create a distinctive place.  We took great care to add open space amenities to the plan that allows each development component to benefit. The overall project will begin with the Air Support, Business Units and open space while the Airport is upgraded.
